BonTop bygger på idén om att det finns många äldre som saknar ett naturligt, socialt sammanhang av olika anledningar. Lösningen på det problemet är ett boende som ger förutsättningar för ett socialt och aktivt liv.

Den gemensamma trädgården det främsta, sociala kittet.

Trädgården erbjuder både ett subtropiskt och frodigt medelhavsklimat med grönskande palmer och fruktträd, kombinerat med ett torrt klimat av stenig Arizona-känsla och tåliga kaktusar. Det varma klimatet bevaras under ett specialdesignat glastak som är framtaget i samarbete med klimatkonsulten Harris Poirazis.

BonTop-konceptet är byggt som ett klassiskt stadskvarter med handelslokaler i den tegelbeklädda bottenvåningen och bostäder med träfasad ovanpå. Ett urbant upplägg med fokus på den levande staden utåt gatan och en skyddad oas för de boende.

Vi vet att en social och aktiv samvaro är hälsoförebyggande. Om vi byggde fler framtida boenden som BonTop skulle vi kunna undvika ofrivilligt ensamma livsöden präglat av livsstilssjukdomar.
